The tones are all very flat (not my taste) and the very narrow cropping is odd. I assume you were trying to focus on the lighthouse (I think that's what it is). Instead of the unusual crop, you should get closer, as Robert Capa suggested. I wouldn't use the crop tool to compensate for composition
