Your use of light, your cameracraft, your Photoshop technique and her make-up are all excellent and she looks lovely but the wardrobe choice seems very strange to me.
A very nice portrait, I really like the way the light is smoothly covering her skin, and the color palette is impeccable! I would perhaps have gone for cropping away the dress and you almost have a nature spirit or a dryad ;))
