I like the shot. The bonnet and the woodland work well the snow adds a lot. She looks cold, which whilst understandable is perhaps why she looks blotchy, not a good look. But overall I like it.
I did try a different crop. Not sure it is any better but perhaps, a bit. But that's just my view.
I might change the crop too maybe try and keep the same ratio but crop in from the top left and push her towards the left hand side of the frame.
