I would be very carefull when working with color light. It's pretty difficult to tacle and have nice skintones still in place. I would advice first shoot with normal light to get color perfection before switching to something crazy :) About photo in general i get bit distracted by a button in right bottom corner. Additionally I would add little more light to her eyes, as in portrait usually the eyes are the one that attract the most. I think that's all what I can constructively can say, keep hard working! :)
Hehe you're right! I can't do classic things :P I have to buy yet the support for backdrops so I haven't good results behind her and I have tried with colour flashes :P
More light to eyes and keep eye on the button, ok thanks you! I'll work with "normal" light ^_^
OK the button is a little distracting, just a little. Who cares really, it is a nice picture and the colours look very good to me. I like the fact she is natural and engaging with us through your lens, not easy and so important. She looks great.
The only slight negative for me is that her right eye somehow looks wrong, neither in nor out of the light. I am not saying this half light will always look bad, just here for some reason it does not sit right, to me anyway. A good job well done, keep it up.
