I am confussed. The floral theme says springtime but the blue cast screams winter. The light is OK but the exposure is dark, like the colour, this implies winter not spring.
I think you could have reduced the space at the top, or just possibly increased it.
The flower on the lips is not good, for me, but I do see why you tried it, to link the setting/season to the girl. But I don't think it is a good solution. In her hair perhaps?
Thank for taking your time and leaving your thought, although I always accept critique, this time time I don't agree with anything you said.
Cheers Ian
Just a thought. Is your monitor calibrated? What I see is a cold blue and dark image that does not speak of springtime at all, apart from the inclusion of blossom. I am baffled that you disagree about my general comments on these matters and can only think perhaps, your screen needs calibration.
I am not being difficult or confruntational, just honestly perplexed. So, I have had a play. Just a quick edit to make it more springlike, to my eyes at least, and on my calibrated monitor. Hope you don't mind.
Leo and I see this image so differently I'd like others to consider the photo and to cc it, please, trying to ignore comments Leo and I have made but rather being open-minded, as always, and impartial.
I don't really comment or CC for the most part. Actually this will be the first time me to CC a photo in this group. Ian actually gave me some nice CC and feedback on one of my photos which I really appreciated. It's kind of difficult to CC an image when someone else (Ian in this case) had already made comments. Cause then you see those comments in the photo. But this is what I think by just looking at it.
The photo is a little dark for my preference.
Cropping, I think a little less space above her head would have been nice or maybe a bit zoomed up to her face would have been nice?
The flower in her mouth I don't mind it.
Is there such thing as too much bokeh? I don't know but to me I think there's too much of it that it's a little distracting.
Going to Ian's quick edit of his rendition, I think it has more of a springtime atmosphere with the warmer color toning. I think it has a little too much pink/red on her face but I understand it was a quick edit.
That's all I have to say, again it's just my opinion so whether you agree or disagree in the end it's up to you.

The dof is nicely judged.

Thank you for that.
As always, my critiques are just my opinions and are to be accepted or not, as the photographer wishes.
The only thing that matters is that we all keep shooting and enjoying our photography.
Best of luck.
