Looks great! A couple of things I believe could help make it an even stronger shot:
* remove the bra or bra strap, or crop as 4:3 instead of 2:3 – most portraits can benefit from a 4:3 crop in my opinion
* when posing hands, ask the model not to touch the skin, with a lighting like you have here it looks like she's squeezing her arms hard
* use visual help layers to correct any saturation or hue shift – some areas of your images have red patches.
Do they really make a Canon 24-105mm f/1.4? I'm guessing this is the F4. That just caught my attention. The picture is great, and I agree with QD her facial expression is tender, her hand squeeze not so much. Awesome, nice job.
Great lighting ! I totally agree with Quentin's opinion, you should ask the model to leave a millimeter from the skin to avoid the bump, and avoiding the red patches ;-)
Awesome. What light/modifier did you use. Incredibly soft light.

I hope that helps! :)

A 24-105 f/1.4 would make me switch back to Canon right way :D
Beautiful~
