A nice picture of a pretty girl, always a winning combination but the background is much brighter than the light on Amanda, therefore our eyes keep being pulled away from her, not what you want. She is under exposed although the background looks about right, perhaps a bit under, too but close. So her black clothes and her hair have no detail or texture. Becasue her eyes are so clear and contrasty helps to compenate but still choosing positions or times or weather conditions so the light can be better matched will solve this problem or you could use flash lighting but natural light is likely to produce nicer results if you balance it, propoerly.
