Looks good. If your eye gets caught with the background, it still leads you to the subject. Nice!

Pretty girl, for sure. Nice light and the basics are well handled, exposure, focus, contrast and colour.
For me I feel the framing is a bit wide, so includes too much boring street scenery. We don't have to use the entire file but cropping to work best is perfectly valid. I find the half off the shoulder shirt is a bit odd, especially in the context of the street. Her gaze is quite arresting but the eyes, and the face more generally, look over photoshopped, to me. I guess she has great skin anyway but the airbrush has masked it. Some airbrushing is fine and your technique is good. But less is more, IMO.
