1995. One of the ongoing Metamorphosis series started in 1993 in which a woman turns into a plant, a flower, a tree, or a creature. The laurel tree growing from her head was created in metal by Giorgio Bevignani, artist of genius, especially for the image. It was hung from the roof and attached to her hair. Based loosely on Bernini's "Apollo and Daphne".
