One morning I went out and set up a photography hide with the intention of photographing migrating shorebirds. While I was waiting for the sun to rise, a white-tailed eagle came out of nowhere and landed right next to the hide. This was one of the best moments I had out there. This is the largest bird of prey in my area and it was a pleasure to spend a few moment with this majestic bird
