Leopard Takeaways

Our favorite outdoor activity is safaris. On this occasion we had seen this Leopard the night before eating on an impala. So, in hopes of seeing him again, we raced down to the spot the next morning before sunrise. When we arrived at the bush where he had been the night before, he was still there just resting. Then a short time later he got up, stretched, and then picked up the impala's leg and started walking away. We were able to race down a side road to get to a spot where he would walk right by with his takeaway meal. It was 7am by this time so the light was low on the horizon which made for great color in his eyes.
