This image depicts a panoramic of Mount Gonbo Rangjon, the mountain of the Gods as it means in Ladakhi language, and is located at 4300 meters altitude in Zanskar region of India. The ridgeline of Gonbo Rangjon stands towering over the valley, and seems even more intimidating at night under the stars, which is why I tried to shoot here.
Technically, this image is a blue hour blend. The foreground is an eight panel panorama shot with Sony a7R5 and Sigma 14-24 2.8, and the sky is stacked with five images per panel in another eight panel panorama. The sky frames were shot with Sony a7Mark IV to get less noise at high ISOs.
