Shot this with a Canon 450D, 50mm f1/4 on a cheap tripod and lots of patience.
This photo is composed of two separate shots, each taken separately at 50mm f/8, 13s exposure time, and stitched together in Photoshop.
It was shot in November 2014, this view doesn't look the same today, unfortunately. The location is at Citadella in Budapest, Hungary.
