My First Rodeo

Growing up in Eastern Canada, rodeo culture was something I admired from afar. Western photographers’ images of Wyoming cowboys sparked my imagination for years. So when the Stampede came to town, I applied for a media pass without hesitation. This frame is from my very first rodeo shoot, one that brought a distant dream right into focus.
