Bubo bengalensis is a large ‘horned’ owl from the rocky and desert hills of the sub-continent. Of all birds that i have seen/ photographed till now none have eyes as striking as these. Massive Owl, around a metre tall and with fantastic presence. Lucky to get this one in good light.
