Irurrekaeta

I think this will be the last fall photo I share this year 🍂 (though I’m still saving a few for next year).
Today’s spot is a special one, close to home —well, about a 45-minute drive— a place I hadn’t been back to in almost five years: Irurrekaeta Waterfall.
On the way home, while checking out the colors around Yesa and the Esca Gorge, this place came to mind. I couldn’t help but wonder how it would look this year — the leaves, the colors… Maybe I’ll find a moment soon to walk the trail back to the waterfall.
The day I took this shot, the conditions couldn’t have been better to capture the true essence of fall here in Navarra 🍁✨
