Rotterdam,2021, the Zalmhaventoren, the highest building of the Netherlands, officially reached it's highest point. On this picture, it was a celebration moment and so I had to get it with other iconic buildings around Rotterdam, the Netherlands.With a long shutter speed I did make this picture. And it even got me winning a local photo contest.
