Throwback photo from 2014 and one of my first purpose-driven tabletop photography projects. After finding oversized plastic army men at a Dollar Tree, I spray-painted them metallic silver and photographed them against a black background to create an ethereal, abstract scene of soldiers in motion. This image is part of my long-term Top 100 Journey project. Nikon D5100 · 35mm f/1.8.
