SoCal Sunset

Since I live just miles from the Manhattan Beach, CA pier, This is one of my go-to spots for sunsets.

If you shoot at the same spot repeatedly, it starts to get monotonous and you hope and pray for a change. Luckily I got a sunset that made things a bit more interesting.

This is two exposure HDR hand-blended in PS. One for the sky and one for the water and pier. I shot dozens of photos in the same spot and found an ocean shot that went in the opposite direction of the clouds, giving it a Yin & Yang feel.
