I meet this guy just outside Rick's Cafe in Negril, Jamaica. I was intrigued by this guy. Mainly his thumb, there is definitely a story in there. He was making bracelets. we chatted for a moment, he gave me a bracelet, I took his picture, Then I gave him some money. LOL
