The story behind this photo is that while visiting a friend on the eastern shore, he told us about nanticoke shoreline where several driftwood trees and stumps were left to rot along the shoreline. This area is an ever changing landscape. because not long after this picture was taken, kids came in and cut most of these trees down and use them as firewood along the shore. Nothing got out of hand, but they made a mess..
