Travelling far from home is a reward in itself. It opens doors to unexpected encounters and moments of discovery. During a desert safari in Dubai, as the journey came to an end, I stood atop a dune and noticed a guide patiently taking a photograph of a foreign woman in the tourist village below. From that distance, their tiny figures appeared almost toy-like against the vast, a sweet story in untamed desert—a fleeting human moment surrounded by endless wilderness.
