Project Overview

A high-end editorial and commercial beauty post-production project focused on modern, expressive beauty aesthetic. The core objective was to deliver a crisp, magazine-ready look while strictly maintaining natural skin micro-texture, authentic freckles, and vivid color harmony.

Key Technical Tasks & Scope of Work

- Skin Texture Preservation & Clean-up
Executed non-destructive retouching using local Dodge & Burn on Curves. Cleaned temporary skin imperfections and evened out redness while fully preserving organic pore structure and natural freckles without over-smoothing.

- Lip Tattoo & Macro-Detail Precision
Sharpened and color-balanced the inner-lip tattoo detail ("SAOIRSE"). Enhanced contrast and specular highlights on the lips and fingers for a clean, bold graphic finish.

- Eyes & Iris Enhancement
Refined iris clarity, enhanced natural amber eye tones, and boosted catchlights to draw immediate focus to the subject’s gaze.

- Color Grading & Tonal Harmony
Balanced warm ginger/copper hair tones with smooth skin gradients, creating a rich contrast that pops against the subtle light background.

- Hair & Edges Polish
Performed precise edge work and flyaway hair clean-up to ensure a sleek, polished silhouette suited for high-resolution commercial displays.
