It looks like she was shot from lower angle. The mismatch angle between hand and floor is just too obvious :/ This is my problem, I always see those "errors" on composites. Probably a form of OCD :D
I was trying to shoot it straight, but the background wasn't coming out how I wanted. So I took some bracketed shots of the background after I was finished shooting her. I was having an issue getting the shadow from her hand to look ok. I'll have to go back to my raw images and check.

Try to match angles on both pictures before sticking them together
I actually had my tripod locked down for both the background shot and the portrait. I did adjust the background a bit using the perspective tool.
