Two lights set up. Main: 120cm octobox, camera right+snoot on the background. Camera left I used white reflector to open shadows. As a background I used printed, fabric backdrop. No gels. I was slightly warming up skin tones in postproduction.
Thanks for posting your light setup. I really enjoyed looking back at the photo with this info. The commanding and inspiring character of Captains, Lords, and Generals from antique paintings really shows forth in this shot. Great work.
