This picture was taken last autumn in Tuscany (central Italy) in Val d’Orcia. It is believed that this part of the Tuscany is the “Mecca” for landscape photographers. Its landscapes have been depicted in works of art from Quattrocento painting to modern art. The entire collection of the photos have been taken by film camera – Fujifilm GX 617 (panoramic camera 6*17). It has been a long journey before this photo became digitalized – from plein air to foto lab for film development to drum scanning. The resulted file is almost 1GB and this photo is a small fraction of the beautiful panorama of Val d’Orcia.
