I never get to see the sunrise from my apartment because I'm already at work during that time and I use the weekends to sleep in. Since I called in to work I was able to catch the sunrise and man was it beautiful! That morning I sat by the window as the sun came up and read my devotion. It was like waking up with God and it was incredibly calming.
