I started playing around with gels last year when shooting outdoors to match the ambient light color temperature, but never really used them in studio until this shoot. It's not perfect yet, but for a first test, I'm quite happy with the result! It even gave me ideas to use gels differently when shooting outdoors!
I've had enough of the natural portraits shot wide open, it's time to get back into using strobes a lot more!
