Landing in the night before, jet lag was hitting hard for the wife and I to get any sleep. So at around 4:30 - 5am we decided to go for a walk. It was the best decision I made all trip. The streets were void of tourist and Rome was there for the taking.
I have a few angles of this location, this is one of 2 favourites. Down by the River Tiber it was very calm, while no doubt up above on the street the city was gearing up for another warm onslaught of tourist and business as usual in this magical place.
