Words can't describe a moment that took my breath away. It was magical to watch the sun vanish from the sky, leaving a vortex behind.

Thanks!! To the eye the corona was violet (Im colour blind so its hard for me to get colours to match what I saw. The diamond ring (the solar flare) also normally violet at first, then as the sun shows more it turns to the orange/yellow glow of the sun. I wanted to blend between the colours to show both. A artistic liberty.
