Five future nestlings, dreaming of flight
Sometimes you don't have to go far for a nature shoot - this nest was built by house finches in a decorative basket hanging on our front door! It's not a perfect capture in the technical sense - I was shooting handheld with my arms extended up over the nest - but it really evokes "home" for me.
