5 shots at studio / everything done with practical effects and light (done in camera) / 2 shots with studio flashes for the smoke / 2 shots with studio flashes for pumpkin and background / 1 shot for fire (no flash, practical light)... All put together in PS, very simple, just using blending modes, some color grading and that's it... Pumpkin on fire!
