Driving home one day this last week through the desert after trying to find a couple bald eagles to shoot, I came over a ridge to find this sunset happening. As soon as I saw it, I pulled over within a mile at a spot I felt would provide a good foreground, grabbed the tripod and walked out into the desert some more to capture this scene just the Phoenix AZ area.
