Birches in the Fog

It was an amazing and foggy morning here in Joensuu, Finland. I grabbed my camera and headed off to a local patch of woods. There I found these lovely birch trees, standing mysteriously in the fog. It was autumn and the leaves were colorful, resting quietly throughout the scene. I had visiting this place many times before with my camera, but it was this time that I decided to take the shot and create the image that I had wanted for such a long time. I’m really happy that I managed to capture this humble scene under the right conditions. The fresh air and peaceful, soothing sights made for great and memorable moment.
