First Studio shoot

One of my first Studio Shots.Used two flashes.
1 x Octa with a teal gel and 1 x Strip with kind of a pink gel.
Does anyone has a tip for me how to get the pupil of the models eye smaller, so that iris gets bigger and brighter ?
I tried to use the setup light with full power but that wasn't enough obviously.
