Great job, Eric! I thought it was an aerial shot of a river or road too. Puzzled a bit over the unusual landscape textures... and then it hit me! I love it when people pull this off. And in such a strong image. Well done.

The title "hands series" was kind of a giveaway, I interlocked my own fingers and there it was. I also agree, it is a very simple and strong image.
