The quality of light in this image is just wonderful. This is how I want all of my corporate headshots to feel. Great job!
The light feels incredibly soft, very well done. What lighting setup did you use?
3 led-panes:
key - 1x3 on camera right very close to face
fill - 1x2 on camera left
rim light 1x3 on camera left behind model

no flash - i`m shooting headshots only with continuous lights :) best led panels are made by westcott (fjwestcott.com) but i think there are couple of cheaper deals.
