Snowy Desert

Snow does occasionally creep in close to the Phoenix area. This particular image was captured after a good amount of snow blanketed the Four Peaks Wilderness area. I wanted to capture the saguaro cactus along with the peaks covered in snow. The cactus have a look like I used a gradient filter, but here that is either their natural look or shadows.
