Firenze

The skyline of Firenze, Italia (Florence, Italy). The bridge on the left is the Ponte Vecchio, a bridge full of gold merchants. The tower in the center of the image is part of Palazzo Vecchio, the old palace. The bright campanile, the bell tower was designed by Giotto and the famed dome of the Duomo di Firenze (Santa Maria dei Fiori) was designed by Fillippo Brunelleschi.
For all of us who love beauty and art, we should all have an appreciation of Firenze and the Renaissance that was born there. The city sings to me.
