Was on holiday in New Zealand with my wife and had gone on a day trip from Christchurch to Akaroa. On the way back to the Christchurch saw this sunset happening over Lake Ellesmere but couldn't find anywhere to stop on the side of the road! Was becoming quite agitated but finally managed to park up and watch the sunset for about 30 minutes. Was very memorable. Ended up with a lot of photos {72 :-) } and video.
