Kotagil is a ravine in Iceland . It is located in the region of Norðurland vestra , in the central part of the country, 200 km northeast of the capital Reykjavík . Kotagil is located 492 meters above sea level.
The terrain around Kotagil is hilly to the northwest, but to the southeast it is mountainous.
