This shot was taken in a nuragic village in the woods of Sardinia.
The nuraghe, the stone contruction in the center of the frame, and the village are dated back to thousands of years b.C. and still stand in all his might and power. It's crazy to imagine that a population with no written language and particular advanced features foundings was capable of erecting such complex and astonishing buildings and architecture.
The tree in the front left, the one in the middle right and the nuraghe in the center back create a simmetric trio, with a thin layer of fog that helps separating them and create depth and threedimensionality.
