Chapel in a former convent in Real de Asientos

4.3mm · f/2.4 · 1/40s · ISO 400

It was built at the beginning of the 17th century and boasts peculiar architectural aspects, given the time: narrow corridors, unevenness, small cells and tight doors. It is named after a miraculous Christ found in a tree called tepozol. The former convent now houses ancient religious objects and a space that exhibits aspects of the small population of Africans and their culture.
