Saw a trailer for a movie that had a similar look, though I'd do my own take on it.
This was shot in my drive way with 3 canon Speedlights.
One camera left, in front of the car passenger side.
One camera left drivers side in a DIY beauty dish.
One with a blue gel in the back seat.
I then sprayed the car down with a hose to simulate rain.
Post production was done in photoshop, adding some rain bokeh as it if was on the lens, some fine tuning to give it the look I wanted and then into lightroom for some VSCO presets.
