Running Whitetail Fawn

While I was waiting for the Bluebirds to bring more snacks to their young, I spotted this baby Whitetail Deer running out of the woods chasing after its mother. I've recently witnessed this deer nursing the fawn in the same general area of the park so I was not too surprised to see them again.

I only got to see them for less than one minute, but I was able to capture over 60 photos of them. This is one of my favorites of the Fawn by itself, showing the fawn gracefully running as you would expect any deer. The running fawn greatly contrasts a fawn trying to walk, they always look like their legs are just too long and very awkward while walking.
