I did a series of food photos for a quality kebab restaurant. When doing food photography you must act fast because the food is sinking and going ugly before you know it. With that in mind, 10 tooth picks and WD 40 as oil on the meat I had an awesome shoot. Lighting from top, side and silver cards I think I achieved an appetite provoking look. And last but not least, a big photoshop job, with cloning, lifting, dodge and burn, and some smoke to get the look of warm and fresh food.
