This was an image for a Phlearn contest, where the topic was "no smile". So, I rented a nice costume in a local shop, hooked up with a friend and made a shot of him in my backyard. The "smile machine" I made in the garage out of an old clock and som other metal pieces. After that I ended up in Photoshop, adding clouds, birds, sun, card in the hat and the snow.
