This image is nearly straight out of the camera (side from cropping and a little RAW conversion) and honestly all of my favourite images are. I seem to be a little bipolar in my work (between a large amount of hours spent process or 2 minutes spent doing RAW conversion or just using snapped on my phone).
I am not sure if they use the same power pylons around the world but here in New Zealand we all know how big that pylon is. To see it so dwarfed and outcasted by the giants of natures gave me a very warm feeling about how if it wanted to mother nature could just steam roll right over us and carry on.
This image also really reminded me of Conservation Internationals videos "Nature is speaking"
For those that have not seen them I highly suggest you give them a view
(I am the ocean is my personal favourite)
