Great Blue settling beneath the sunrise at Cocoa Beach

This Great Blue Heron is amazing, May look small in this shot but watch out for the wing span! Woke up about 3:30 this morning and headed over to the Cocoa Beach Pier, in hopes of getting this shot. This happened around 7 this morning. I could have either taken my shoes off to get in the water closer to the Great Blue Heron or just jump in with both shoes on. I chose the wet shoes...it was worth it
