Natalie was doing 5 sets of 20 leg press and I needed to capture her definition of her legs. I tried a few different angle and flash set ups but this was by far my favorite. I used a Nikon D300 with 2 speed lights to help create some shadows and definition of her body. The main focus was to point the viewer to her legs, so I placed more light on her legs than her face.
Natalie was about 2 weeks out from her first ever bodybuilding show. She was cutting down her body fat content, therefore she was looking good. This inspired me to take advantage of her look and shoot some photos at 5:30am
